Mes Petites Runs
June 19, 2007 at 4:42 pm | In My Runs | Leave a CommentBoth are 2 km long. Since they are too short for me now, I run them only in a company of a novice runner just as a warming workout before a good stretch.
La Petite Flat is flat and quite easy. That actually was one of my first runs when I was learning to run.

La Petite Hill is a hardest part of my Melody runs. It climbs dramatically uphill, hits its climax and turns back downwards.

June 13, 2007 at 12:01 pm | In Running Log | Leave a CommentSkipped three days, then ran Melody-5 and felt overloaded like on Friday. Next day could make only a short 2 km La Petite Hill run, was tired after a sleepless night. Today had a nice but untrained company, so we ran only those 2 km again.

June 5, 2007 at 5:54 pm | In Running Log | Leave a CommentMelody 4.5, 25 min. The morning was wet and chilly, I had not slept well this night and was not sure weather I wanted to run at all. Decided to keep it shorter. But could not really make shortcuts, no idea why. So, I ran faster and made the first kilometer (that one uphill) in less than 5 minutes. My face went red again, but a cold shower was a blessing.
Grenouille Run
June 5, 2007 at 5:37 pm | In My Runs | Leave a CommentThis is my Grenouille Run. A whole joy of 5.5 km along a beautiful canal. While running there I was listening to a life story of some Jean-Babtiste Grenouille. The run descends to the water and goes up on the way back, but feels smooth and almost flat with no occasional ups and downs.

Yoga practice on Sat.
New run on Sunday. I called it the Grenouille Run. Easy pace, 35 min. I was neither exhausted nor breathless, but my face got flaming red at the end. Whatever, it was fun.
On Monday I felt tired and took a break again.
